Technical Product Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $85,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, support backlog grooming, and prepare releases.
• Validate source-to-target data logic and transformations using SQL, including metric reconciliation and elasticube validation.
• Design test cases, interpret AI-agent QA output, perform regression testing, and investigate data discrepancies and production issues.
• Triage internal and external questions about data and dashboards, resolving issues or routing them to Engineering and other teams.
• Convert recurring manual checks into reusable validation rules and identify opportunities to automate data-quality workflows.
• Document requirements, test cases, validation results, known issues, risks, and release updates for product and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI analysis, QA/data validation, or technical product analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for validating data against source-to-target logic.
• Hands-on experience with BI reporting and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including dashboard maintenance.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes, requirements refinement, backlog support, and release readiness.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Experience with elasticube structures and AI-agent tooling.
• Healthcare, EMR, or ABA data experience, including billing, scheduling, authorization, clinical sessions, or clinical goals.
• Experience turning manual processes into automated validation rules.
