WFM Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Raritan, New Jersey; West Chester, Pennsylvania; or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Travel is minimal, up to 10%, primarily domestic.

What you will do

• Analyze workforce demand, capacity, productivity, labor utilization, and service-level data for short- and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business demand.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
• Identify workforce performance trends, resourcing risks, process improvements, and data-quality issues.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, HR, and planning teams to support operational decisions.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems.
• Experience preparing clear reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
• English required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, capacity modeling, labor optimization, dashboards, or data visualization.
• Experience with continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Workforce planning, analytics, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
