Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative (Dermatology)

Location: Roanoke, Virginia, United States; territory covers Roanoke, VA. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Salary: $89,880–$121,602 annual base salary for Specialty Representative; $115,949–$156,872 annual base salary for Senior Specialty Representative.

What you will do

• Provide clinical knowledge of hirify.global products and communicate their benefits to medical professionals.
• Promote products, deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop and manage customer accounts, tailor interactions to customer needs, support product access, and triage reimbursement issues.
• Maintain product contracts, analyze territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Build relationships with healthcare customers through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and uphold science-based, ethical, and patient-focused standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; alternatively, an associate degree with 4 years of sales experience or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience for the Specialty Representative level.
• For the Senior Specialty Representative level: a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales or relevant clinical experience, with equivalent associate-degree or high-school pathways requiring 6 or 8 years of experience.
• Sales or clinical experience in healthcare, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments.
• Ability to communicate clinical product information, manage customer relationships, and navigate reimbursement and product-access issues.
• Must cover the Roanoke, Virginia territory; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Product or hospital sales experience in dermatology or other listed specialty areas.
• Local market knowledge and established relationships in the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
