Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (Chattanooga, TN) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States; must reside close to the territory or be willing to relocate to it. Travel is required as necessary.

What you will do

• Achieve sales objectives for immunology products and services in the Chattanooga dermatology territory.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists, healthcare staff, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, health plans, government agencies, and patient groups.
• Influence healthcare decision-makers by applying clinical expertise, business knowledge, and effective selling skills.
• Execute local marketing strategies and coordinate with company teams to improve business results.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and strengthen customer loyalty within healthcare provider systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary.
• Residence close to the Chattanooga territory or willingness to relocate there.
• At least two years of direct selling experience with healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industries, or equivalent large-account management, business-to-business, or relevant military experience.

Nice to have

• Experience selling injectable or infused products.
• Working knowledge of immunology or dermatology.
• Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
• Successful performance in project-oriented selling and high-incentive individual-performance environments.
• Management Development course completion.
