Associate Production Manager (Retail Product Development)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday; remote work is available on Fridays. Travel may be required.

hirify.global operates a retail business with corporate product development, sourcing, merchandising, and vendor partnerships.

What you will do

• Execute the production process from vendor award through in-store delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams on production, product development, sourcing, materials, and merchandising strategies.
• Manage timing and action calendars, seasonal milestones, capacity projections, replenishment, and contingency needs.
• Communicate product development details and confirmations with vendors, lead vendor meetings, and drive on-time delivery.
• Support pre-development, cost engineering, RFQs, cost analysis, vendor selection, and new vendor onboarding where applicable.
• Train the Production Coordinator, track progress, and report results against corporate goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or product development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive Office Suite.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, monitor activities across business units, and complete projects on time.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and provide or respond to direction.
• Ability to meet attendance, scheduling, company policy, training, and dress code requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong aptitude for math and knowledge of retail math.
• Expert knowledge of the product life cycle, production processes, and supply chain.
