Senior Sales Specialist (Immunohistochemistry)

Location: Fully remote from New Jersey, United States; travel 50–75% may be required, including overnight travel for territory coverage or company meetings.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually. Target total compensation including Sales Incentive Compensation: $185,000–$210,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual product revenue and market-share goals across the territory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to exceed customer expectations and commercial targets.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, customer training, and sales support activities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Build relationships with prospective and current customers and increase market presence.
• Monitor competitive activity and use Strategic Selling tools and territory business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with contract negotiation, high-level selling, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel 50–75%.
