Branch Manager - ES (Hazardous Waste)

Location: Odessa, Texas, USA; onsite facility/service center role

What you will do

• Manage facility operations, budgets, labor utilization, equipment, and facilities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise personnel, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain safe operations and ensure facilities and equipment comply with DOT, maintenance, health, and safety standards.
• Develop customer relationships, support revenue goals, and coordinate with Sales on service strategies.
• Prepare and review branch quotes, project scopes, margins, and invoicing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor operational metrics, work with governmental and regulatory agencies, and maintain community relations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hazardous waste management, typically gained through 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, facility operations, and compliance activities.
• Ability to maintain a safe workplace and meet federal, state, local, and DOT requirements.
