Vice President & General Manager, Connected Solutions - South Florida

Location: Remote in the US; must be based in or willing to work full-time from South Florida. Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead the South Florida Connected Solutions hub and oversee day-to-day facility performance, operational readiness, safety, service quality, and execution.
• Coordinate engineering, technical operations, production operations, MCR/NOC/TOC functions, facility operations, and client-facing support.
• Act as the senior operational partner and escalation point for major customers, production partners, and strategic accounts.
• Manage and develop a large, multi-disciplinary team, including managers and team leads, while strengthening succession planning and leadership depth.
• Own the facility budget, staffing resources, utilization, cost control, forecasting, capital planning, and investment priorities.
• Support critical live production needs and coordinate multi-site delivery with facilities in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and other NEP locations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in live production, broadcast, streaming, media facilities, technical operations, production operations, venue operations, or a related operational leadership environment.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in high-pressure, client-facing, operationally complex environments.
• Experience managing a complex facility, production operation, technical operation, control room, MCR/NOC/TOC, or similar live media workplace.
• Experience supporting major customers, executive stakeholders, strategic accounts, or high-profile productions.
• Operational fluency in centralized production, REMI workflows, IP-based production, live event operations, facility engineering, MCR/NOC/TOC workflows, or cloud/hybrid production.
• Must be based in or willing to work full-time from South Florida, with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Experience with large budgets, staffing plans, vendors, utilization, facility needs, and capital investment planning.
