What you will do

• Lead and develop Program Directors and other market leaders across a multi-site treatment center network.
• Drive operational execution, financial performance, labor productivity, admissions, census growth, and patient access.
• Improve clinical quality, patient outcomes, patient retention, satisfaction, and time to treatment.
• Maintain readiness for DEA, accreditation, and other regulatory inspections while reducing operational and compliance risks.
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, talent, performance, and workforce leaders on staffing, onboarding, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Use performance data to establish best practices, remove operational barriers, and support sustainable market growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare operations through transformational change and organizational growth.
• Experience managing treatment or healthcare services across economically and culturally diverse communities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance, P&L management, and changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams with sound judgment and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
