Branch Manager II (Automotive Auctions)

Location: Jupiter, Florida, United States; on-site branch work indoors and outdoors year-round, with approximately 20% travel.

Salary: $78,070–$97,640 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the overall operations and financial performance of an assigned auction branch.
• Drive profitability, sales, customer service, business growth, and approved marketing activity.
• Coach, mentor, onboard, and develop employees while managing performance and career planning.
• Improve internal procedures and operating efficiency.
• Handle personnel matters, including hiring and termination decisions.
• Maintain branch safety, security, staffing, and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience.
• Strong operations background and experience managing multiple levels of employees.
• Excellent customer relations and personnel management skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and related practices.
• Knowledge of insurance, automotive, or parts industries, plus general vehicle mechanical knowledge.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
