Location: US - New Jersey - Newark; territory covers Northeastern Bergen County, including Englewood, Tenafly, Fort Lee, Englewood Cliffs, Palisades Park, Hackensack, Paramus, and Oradell. Relocation is not offered.
Annual base salary: $89,880–$121,602 for the Specialty Representative opportunity or $126,540–$171,202 for the Senior Specialty Representative opportunity.

What you will do
- Provide current clinical knowledge of products and communicate their benefits to medical professionals.
- Implement marketing strategies, deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
- Develop and manage healthcare customer relationships, support product access, triage reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
- Analyze sales activity and territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and create territory plans with the District Manager.
- Share best practices with colleagues and uphold science-based, ethical, quality-focused, and patient-centered standards.
Requirements
- Specialty Representative: bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with 4 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience.
- Senior Specialty Representative: bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or relevant clinical experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, healthcare insurance, pharmacy services, medical devices, or medical supplies is preferred.
- Advanced influencing, relationship-building, sales planning, communication, organization, and results-orientation skills.
- Local market knowledge and the ability to work within the assigned New Jersey territory are required; relocation is not offered.
Nice to have
- Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, or infectious diseases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
- Three or more years of experience for the Senior Specialty Representative level.
