Inventory Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Hutchins, TX, US; onsite manufacturing operations

What you will do

• Maintain accurate ihirify.globalory control for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate with cycle counters and third-party logistics warehouses.
• Perform regular physical ihirify.globalory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Complete ihirify.globalory transactions in WMS and ERP systems.
• Record, track, and report ihirify.globalory data.
• Drive data-based quality improvements and apply Lean methodologies, including the RCCM process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; an associate degree is beneficial.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or distribution and at least 2 years of experience with warehouse-related business systems.
• Experience with ihirify.globalory control or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and WMS/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Powered industrial truck experience, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop operational solutions.
