Production Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area, with work across the Memphis / Southaven campus. Overtime, weekends, outdoor work, elevated heights, machinery operation, and travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Create inventory requests for data center construction, operations, kits, and replacement parts.
• Maintain material and production schedules, coordinate shortage management, and communicate part status and completion dates.
• Verify received materials against documentation, including damage, part numbers, quantities, revisions, and conformity.
• Coordinate work orders and material requests with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, construction, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Reconcile work order bill of material quantities and maintain accurate company system data.
• Support de-kitting, return-to-stock operations, corrective actions, workflow staging, and productivity improvements across receiving, inventory, kitting, and material flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to work at elevated heights and in extreme outdoor environments, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Ability to work around fumes, odors, and noise and willingness to operate forklifts, loaders, and other machinery when needed.
• Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area, with availability for varying schedules, overtime, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Associate’s degree in business or technology.
• Experience in data center, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
• Forklift operating experience or APICS certification.
