What you will do

• Lead supply chain analytics and AI initiatives focused on MRP accuracy, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Develop supply chain performance and financial metrics, dashboards, and a metrics platform for organizational leadership.
• Support SIOP processes by analyzing and presenting supply chain data to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize SAP MRP parameters, including safety stock, lot sizes, lead times, and safety time.
• Use AI, machine learning, SQL, Python, R, and Power BI to analyze large datasets, automate reporting, and forecast material shortages or excesses.
• Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, and IT teams while mentoring analysts, data scientists, or planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data science, operations, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain analytics, data science, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
• Strong experience with SAP MRP, supply chain system optimization, process improvement, and advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and VBA, plus expertise in SQL, Python, and R.
• Understanding of IT systems, software development data, CI/CD, business processes, database environments, and upgrades.
• Role based in Louisville, Colorado, United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in data science, statistics, operations research, industrial engineering, or supply chain management.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, cloud platforms, MLOps, and model deployment.
• Experience with Tableau or Looker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification and experience leading analytics initiatives or SIOP processes.
