Finance Business Process Analyst (Palantir)

What you will do

• Lead self-service automation adoption by advising internal users, facilitating discovery sessions, and removing technical blockers.
• Co-develop and guide solutions using Palantir Skywise and Google Apps Script in line with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Design and deliver training, workshops, onboarding materials, and drop-in sessions for the Transformer Network.
• Coordinate Business Owned Tool governance, including validation, prioritization, lifecycle management, and technical reviews.
• Analyze and re-engineer AS-IS and TO-BE finance processes, identifying opportunities for RPA, data pipelines, and automation.
• Maintain a community of users, share best practices, and support adoption of data and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit, Business IT, or a related field with relevant certifications.
• Negotiation-level English and strong communication skills in an international environment.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or digital transformation, large-scale projects, or system implementations.
• Solid knowledge of financial mechanisms, including consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting, plus experience with change and project management.
• Expertise in Palantir Skywise, including pipelines, datasets, AIP/Skywise applications, data transformation, and workflow automation.
• Strong JavaScript and Google Apps Script skills, with experience integrating Google Workspace applications and mentoring non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, data science, artificial intelligence, and statistical model interpretation.
• Experience with Agile or LBIP+ project management practices.
