Business Analyst (eCommerce)

Location: Remote, Europe or Brazil; occasional work at client locations may be required.

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and design ecommerce, retail, and brand experiences for consumers and clients.
• Manage client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Map and engineer business processes.
• Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and design system integrations, including packaged and bespoke development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, brand, or experience projects.
• Experience with Agile software delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work occasionally at client locations.
