Associate Consultant (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Onsite in Porto Salvo, Portugal. Willingness to travel at short notice is required.

What you will do

• Analyze secondary data and desk research to identify market findings and trends.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses using hirify.global data to support client deliverables and business decisions.
• Prepare data, project components, documentation, specifications, SOPs, and client data scorecards.
• Create client presentations and support or present at client meetings.
• Manage projects and workstreams of reasonable size while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Build knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, healthcare consulting methodologies, sales and promotional data, epidemiology, forecasting, and market research.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree with relevant healthcare experience and a strong interest in healthcare analytics and data.
• Experience with statistics, consulting, large datasets, data interpretation, analytical problem-solving, and project management.
• Fluent English is required; fluency in German or French is also required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, business writing, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong capability in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• The role is not open to visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Skills in SAS, Oracle SQL, R, or Excel VBA.
• Healthcare data experience involving physician, patient, or epidemiology data.
• Experience in market research, marketing analytics, forecasting, predictive modeling, healthcare IT, business intelligence, epidemiology, HEOR, data mining, data governance, or related areas.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes, healthcare industries, sales and marketing, and external or internal factors affecting decision-making.
