Assistant Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite in Maple Heights, Ohio, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays as needed.

Salary: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Support branch sales, collections, and customer experience goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
• Present personal loan and optional insurance solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain loan terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Use credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to evaluate and close loans.
• Train and coach branch team members and provide interim leadership during Branch Manager absences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven success in achieving business goals and objectives.
• Experience in financial services or leadership.
• Current insurance license in the state or ability to obtain one within six months.
• Ability to work onsite during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
