Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; office-based

Salary: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Assess customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other banking areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administrative role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services and knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
