Cash Management Specialist (Mortgage Servicing)

Salary: $21.24–$28.31 per hour

What you will do

• Process payment transactions accurately and promptly according to departmental and investor guidelines.
• Identify, research, and resolve payment exception items.
• Document work item dispositions and maintain department policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to departmental controls and processes.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Communicate operational trends and problems, including recommended solutions, to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and company operating systems.
• Analytical, organized, and effective at problem-solving.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service, team, and goal-oriented approach.
• Successful completion of a background check and credit check where permitted by law.
