Electrical Assembler

What you will do

• Assemble electrical and electronic systems, panels, and support structures according to specifications.
• Read work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material to complete assemblies accurately.
• Connect, measure, cut, route, and terminate wiring to required standards.
• Inspect, adjust, repair, or replace components to meet quality specifications.
• Mark and tag components, prepare finished products for shipment, and assist with loading and material movement.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and keep the work area organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using hand tools in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or a related environment.
• Assembly and wiring experience preferred; strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are also valued.
• Ability to read written instructions, work procedures, schematics, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and physical tasks, move materials, and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
