Location: Fontana, California, USA; onsite production-floor role

What you will do

• Read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine assembly instructions and material requirements.
• Assemble electrical systems and install components, wiring, conduit, and subassemblies using appropriate hand and production tools.
• Run, mark, and tag wires and cables so components and inventory can be accurately identified.
• Adjust, repair, or replace electrical and electronic components to correct defects and meet specifications.
• Inspect and test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits; record resistance and operating results.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to review work and resolve production problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience wiring or installing electrical components.
• Ability to interpret written instructions, blueprints, engineering diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measures, impact drills, wire crimpers, and similar tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Fontana, California, perform repetitive standing tasks, lift up to 35 pounds, distinguish colored wires and components, and wear required PPE.
