Assembler II (Electromechanical Assembly)

What you will do

• Assemble ID card printers and electro-mechanical subassemblies using work instructions, bills of material, and production travelers.
• Install mechanical and electrical components such as frames, harnesses, motors, and print mechanisms using hand and power tools.
• Complete product builds with accurate fit, alignment, and configuration.
• Perform functional testing, basic troubleshooting, rework, and repair activities.
• Record build status, test results, and quality checks while escalating material or quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized workstation and collaborate with quality, engineering, materials, leads, and production colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Experience in high-mix, low- to medium-volume assembly environments preferred.
• Legal authorization to reside and work in the United States is required.
• Immigration and employment visa sponsorship are not available.
• Ability to communicate in English and read technical procedures, specifications, standards, blueprints, and written instructions.
