Materials Management Provisioning Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Collect and analyze equipment data for new and existing projects and develop equipment bills of material in SAP.
• Determine spare-parts requirements, recommended stocking quantities, and initial safety stock using approved sparing philosophies and reliability considerations.
• Lead provisioning kickoff meetings and coordinate scope, deliverables, schedules, and requirements with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate material master creation and extensions, including requests for new material numbers.
• Track spare-parts budgets and project completion status and support cost estimates for new project opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing inventory and improve procurement costs, inventory utilization, and plant reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or a related field preferred.
• B.S. in engineering or a related subject area preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP, including standard transactions and data maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, inventory management, supply chain, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment lists, and vendor documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
