Materials Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) (Manufacturing): Overseeing warehouse operations and the flow of materials from component receipt through production support to final product shipment with an accent on inventory accuracy, material handling, and production readiness. Focus on designing lean warehouse and replenishment systems, managing ERP/MRP-based inventory control, and leading daily warehouse and logistics activities.
Location: 100% in-office in Jacksonville, Florida, United States; remote work is not offered

What you will do
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, material transactions, and delivery to production points of use.
- Maintain accurate records for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods, including corrective action for inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate material availability with supply chain and production scheduling activities to identify constraints and support on-time delivery.
- Design and implement warehouse, material-flow, replenishment, and inventory-control methods, including lean and kanban systems.
- Manage supplier scorecard performance and coordinate vendor return material authorizations with supply chain and quality teams.
- Lead warehouse and logistics personnel while supporting cross-functional operational decisions and workplace safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on leadership experience directing warehouse and material-flow activities and building team accountability.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and materials planning; SAP, Oracle, or Infor Syteline experience is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Jacksonville.
Nice to have
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
- Experience with Infor Syteline, SAP, or Oracle.
