Senior Specialist, Plant Finance (Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, MA, with support for manufacturing sites in Danbury, CT; Aurora, IL; Green Bay, WI; Billerica/Bedford, MA; Ambler, PA; Riegelwood, NC; Toronto, Canada; and Chaska, MN. Travel to other hirify.global sites is required.

Salary: $85,000–$114,000 per year, with actual pay based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze plant financial results and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and alignment with operational, divisional, and corporate goals.
• Maintain plant cost accounting processes, including standard costing rates, material costs, bills of materials, and routings.
• Review manufacturing variances, productivity projects, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Complete month-end close activities, including plant financial statements, inventory valuations, reserves, and GAAP compliance.
• Provide financial decision support, education, and guidance to non-finance employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; Business Objects or SAP BPC is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business-partnering skills.
• Must be able to work at the assigned U.S. location and travel to other hirify.global sites; immigration sponsorship is not available.
