Terminal Technology Specialist

Location: Houston, TX, United States; domestic travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $89,600–$134,400 per year.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, maintain, balance, and support terminal automation applications.
• Perform system modifications and implement changes across all terminals.
• Integrate terminal data and support large integrations with the Operational Support Team.
• Monitor, perform, and document system processes and internal audits.
• Train users on existing and updated terminal automation systems and maintain training plans.
• Resolve field-user issues, provide technical guidance, and liaise with support vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Windows administration experience.
• 5+ years of related experience with terminal, engineering, fuel-related, or similar applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of terminal automation systems, including DTN Guardian 3, Toptech TMS 5 and 6, is helpful.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Linux, client-server technologies, and browser-based applications is helpful.
• Ability to provide on-call support and travel domestically up to 25%.
