Seasonal Production Assistant, Creative Marketing

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

hirify.global is a professional sports organization with a creative marketing team producing promotional and video content for social, digital, and on-air platforms.

What you will do

• Support the creative team in producing promos and short-form content from conception through delivery.
• Collect, view, and log creative assets.
• Collaborate with on-air promo producers on assigned projects.
• Work independently and take direction in a one-on-one production environment.
• Perform quality-control checks on final work.
• Manage multiple projects, critical deadlines, and short turnarounds.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong creative skills and vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Inglewood, California; relocation assistance is not provided.
