Content and Tech Coordinator (Video Production)

Location: Remote; NJ - Ocean Township. Weekend availability and travel from January through June are required.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, break down, and properly store video equipment at dance events.
• Oversee livestream and social wall operations and support media production during events.
• Develop social media content from event photography and video, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Shoot and edit event recap videos in line with OneBeat quality standards, including post-event revisions when required.
• Organize videographer media and select standout photographer images for social media publishing.
• Support or relieve photographers and videographers and maintain brand standards across production elements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance.
• Must be available to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends, and travel from January through June.
• Ability to work 8–16-hour event days, stand for extended periods, and lift 30–50 pounds.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, flexibility, and adaptability skills in loud, fast-paced environments.

• Previous event or dance industry experience.
