Associate Content Producer (Digital Media)

Location: New York, NY, USA. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Manage daily content publishing and programming across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
• Edit and publish video clips and compilations from hirify.global’s daytime talk show archive using Adobe Premiere and bulk asset tools.
• Create thumbnails, channel banners, animated GIFs, and end cards.
• Develop and execute channel content calendars supporting audience engagement and monetization.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and channel performance to refine content and formats.
• Report channel performance to senior management while maintaining editorial, creative, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in creative arts, video production, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a digital media environment.
• Understanding of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and social media best practices.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, and related productivity tools.
• Ability to create video clips and compilations quickly in a high-output environment.
• Strong understanding of social trends, audience behavior, analytics, attention to detail, and collaborative creative work.

• Interest in AVOD, digital entertainment, social media, and audience growth.
• Experience generating original content ideas and assets designed to increase viewing and engagement.
