Video Content Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan, produce, film, edit, animate, review, and publish videos for marketing campaigns, product promotions, customer communications, internal training, and events.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and other audiovisual equipment for high-quality productions.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, leadership, subject matter experts, internal departments, and external partners to manage production schedules and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop and schedule social media posts, monitor feedback and reviews, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain the video content library and provide marketing metrics and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, content development, and/or training.
• Strong understanding of creative direction, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and content for professional social media audiences.
• Ability to plan and execute shoots, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
