Principal, Business Operations (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the annual enterprise strategy and planning cycle, including long-range vision and yearly investment allocation.
• Govern OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and the company’s operating rhythm.
• Manage the strategic initiative portfolio, align resources, and resolve cross-functional execution bottlenecks.
• Build and evolve strategy scorecards, dashboards, and other systems for measuring progress and impact.
• Establish operating processes, governance models, and decision-rights frameworks that improve organizational maturity.
• Advise senior leadership and lead, mentor, and scale the Business Operations team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience building operational systems and governance models at scale.
• Ability to combine enterprise-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
