What you will do

• Supervise commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery or pickup operations across a geographically dispersed area.
• Lead drivers and helpers while implementing safety, accident prevention, environmental, regulatory, and operating standards.
• Resolve unusual service requests, equipment breakdowns, schedule changes, and customer issues.
• Set productivity goals, manage labor and disposal expenses, and improve collection routes and service efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, maintenance, operations management, and general management to support fleet quality and budget performance.
• Coach employees, develop talent, and build a collaborative and engaged team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct a large staff and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Process-oriented and results-oriented approach with a commitment to organizational goals.
