Territory Manager - Dairy Tech

Location: Wisconsin, United States — remote, with travel throughout the assigned territory

What you will do

• Develop new and existing dairy business through targeted prospecting and regular customer visits.
• Manage and expand the assigned territory while achieving sales, revenue, and gross profit goals.
• Partner with distribution channels to execute growth strategies involving Perfect Udder Colostrum Management and other programs.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products and solutions that improve dairy production and profitability.
• Provide customer support, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and track marketing, service, financial, and sales activities.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, competition, and customer satisfaction to increase market share.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of dairy husbandry, management practices, and nutritional guidelines.
• Customer service, organization, time management, communication, negotiation, presentation, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to cold call, build customer relationships, work in a matrixed environment, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to work remotely from Wisconsin, United States, and travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Three years of dairy-focused experience and a proven record of growing and maintaining a dairy herd customer base.
• Experience as a dairy herd manager or in a related position.
• Proficiency in SAP or a related ERP system.
