Sourcing Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Balboa, California, USA; onsite five days a week

Salary: $120,299–$180,449 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve supplier roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and global supply chain strategy.
• Standardize and automate supplier planning tools and systems.
• Analyze global supplier markets, emerging technologies, alternative manufacturing methods, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Assess supplier capacity, scalability, contingency capabilities, and supply chain risks.
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans with value-stream and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements that increase efficiency, resilience, and cost savings.

Requirements

• Business or Engineering degree.
• Working experience in a sourcing role.
• Experience in a related industry.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Balboa, California.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-sponsored work authorization are not eligible.
