Sourcing Specialist (Clean Energy)

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work with required residence in California

Salary: $90,300–$135,400 per year

What you will do

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives across construction, engineering, environmental services, generation, transmission, substations, and corporate real estate.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing strategies focused on timely delivery, quality, cost, and supplier performance.
• Participate in negotiations for purchase orders, change orders, requests for proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Analyze supply chain risks, identify gaps, and develop supplier engagement and risk-management plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers while supporting procurement process training.
• Protect company assets, customer data, proprietary information, and other sensitive information.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SAP in a purchasing environment and Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, and P2P modules is preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices, procurement contracts, standard terms and conditions, utility regulations, and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, analyze information, and make strategic decisions is preferred.
• Employees are required to work and reside in California; regular attendance at an SCE facility is required under the hybrid work mode.
