Sourcing Specialist II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead RFQ/RFP processes from requirement definition through supplier award for assigned categories.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals while delivering cost savings and reducing supply risk.
• Track supplier KPIs and lead quarterly supplier reviews.
• Support strategic sourcing events through analytics, should-cost modeling, and supplier qualification.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and coordinate routine supply needs with planning, quality, and engineering stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, quality standards, and contract governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least one year of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.
