Supply Chain Coordinator (Nuclear Microreactors)

Salary: $75,000–$108,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is a startup developing mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors, including the 1-megawatt Kaleidos reactor for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases.

What you will do

• Negotiate contracts and favorable commercial terms with critical suppliers.
• Support purchase orders and coordinate on-time delivery against project schedules.
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that achieve cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Prepare supplier performance reports covering commercial and delivery metrics.
• Mitigate identified supply chain risks and streamline procurement processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, California.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export controls due to access to controlled technology.
