Executive Operations Business Analyst

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. Travel to North American or international hirify.global locations may be required.

What you will do

• Transform raw data into business summaries and actionable insights for the President and senior leaders.
• Analyze operational challenges and collaborate across teams on improvement strategies.
• Develop and help implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and translate findings into operational actions.
• Apply research and analytics during audits to recommend departmental upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Business, Data, or Finance.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie headquarters.
