Commercial Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site at the global headquarters

What you will do

• Partner with regional and field Sales leadership as the finance partner for financially sound commercial decisions.
• Provide financial analysis for significant customer opportunities, strategic deals, pricing exceptions, and nonstandard commercial terms.
• Analyze market size, growth, industry trends, customer segments, competitive activity, and regional dynamics.
• Improve customer segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and opportunity assessment with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit teams.
• Establish pricing governance, including approval thresholds, margin guardrails, escalation paths, and exception reporting.
• Build financial models, scenarios, and presentations to support growth, profitability, customer value, and resource allocation decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–4 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, research, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.
