What you will do

• Own global P&L management and act as the operating and strategic finance partner to the Commercial Filtration General Manager and CFO Group.
• Lead short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, reporting, and outlook processes.
• Manage a team of five covering three plants, pricing, and sales operations.
• Review rebates, incentive programs, month-end accruals, sales incentive plans, and financial performance commentary.
• Develop financial reporting packages, performance indicators, forecast accuracy metrics, and business review presentations.
• Support finance transformation, data analytics, dashboard development, data validation, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CMA, or CPA is desirable.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance, or controllership within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial and business processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using OneStream, Cognos, and/or Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical reporting, project management, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills.
