2027 Guardian Summer Intern, Group Benefits Product Management (Financial Services)

Salary: $20.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze absence, product KPI, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Research competitor, client, and regulatory trends across FMLA, ADA, and state leave programs.
• Support the Absence Roadmap, ACE Digital Experience, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables.
• Develop clear recommendations from data and information while asking thoughtful questions.
• Learn about Guardian’s products, services, purpose, and operating model through project work and interactions with leaders and mentors.
• Build relationships with colleagues, interns, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Current college junior graduating in May 2028.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and comfort working with data in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage priorities, learn quickly, collaborate, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Must be available for the full internship program from May 27, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship now or in the future; H-1B, TN, and sponsorship-dependent F-1 OPT candidates are not eligible.
