What you will do

• Drive user awareness, engagement, and adoption across Private Wealth Management products.
• Develop and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies across the EMEA region.
• Use adoption data to inform product development, user engagement, and product adoption incentives.
• Define and track KPIs for AI tooling adoption in partnership with Product teams.
• Collect client and advisor feedback and communicate insights to Product and Design teams.
• Coordinate launch communications and report digital advocacy results to business and product leadership.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in client-facing customer success.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to tracking success and platform growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• High personal accountability, integrity, and ability to meet short deadlines while maintaining quality.
