Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Palo Alto, California. Full-time salaried applicants must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year, plus possible equity.

What you will do

• Own a new product bet across home, motorcycle, boat, RV, insurance, or property-tax services.
• Ramp quickly on new domains, customer personas, operational constraints, and regulatory complexity.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative customer research to identify high-leverage priorities.
• Build and ship products from early concept or launch through product-market fit and scale.
• Gather customer feedback, iterate on product decisions, and contribute to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup.
• Consumer product instincts gained through direct product-building experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.
• Ability to run independent analysis and build conviction from incomplete or messy data.
• Strong first-principles thinking, ownership, empathy, curiosity, and follow-through.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
