What you will do

• Source and engage high-quality candidates for Sales, Marketing, and Support roles.
• Identify hiring needs with team leaders and hiring managers.
• Screen applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience using competency-based assessment methods.
• Coach hiring managers and share effective recruitment practices.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment or in go-to-market, commercial, or business hiring.
• Experience combining agency or search recruitment with internal talent acquisition.
• Headhunting experience developed in sales-led organizations.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, pragmatic, analytical, and organized approach.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding English communication skills required.
