• Support end-to-end executive search assignments.
• Research and identify exceptional leaders across the technology landscape and beyond.

• Help shape the next phase of growth for the executive search practice.

Requirements

• Experience or capability suited to a Senior Associate role in executive search or talent solutions.
• Strong research, candidate engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple stages of executive search assignments.
• Initiative, autonomy, and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London, United Kingdom.
