Equipment Operator (2nd Shift) (Printing)

Location: North Mankato, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 2nd shift Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.

Salary: $16–$21 per hour, plus overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to support consistent output.
• Prepare inks and check paper, plates, formats, colors, sizes, and quantities.
• Visually inspect printed forms throughout production runs.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and respond to deadline changes.
• Follow machinery safety requirements while handling print materials.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances and work with close tolerances.
• Strong mathematical, mechanical, analytical, reading, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate accurate information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to operate machinery, handle print materials, and move up to 25+ pounds.
• Ability to remain stationary regularly and move throughout the facility frequently.
