Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Merritt Island, Florida, or Bethesda, Maryland. No travel is expected.

Salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year in Merritt Island or $50,000–$65,000 per year in Bethesda, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Initiate projects by preparing draft schedules, budgets, and project files.
• Coordinate specifications, deliverables, reports, drawings, data manuals, and final project closeout.
• Monitor project budgets, deadlines, design deliverables, and construction-related submittals.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder communications, meetings, travel dates, venues, handouts, invitations, and meeting minutes.
• Track action items and follow up with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Support charge-code setup, staff access requests, PE signature packages, and Engineering Services During Construction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Merritt Island, Florida, or Bethesda, Maryland.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or a similar project management certification.
