Site Manager

Location: Evendale, Ohio, United States; onsite

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct site programs and implement company policies to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and supervise operational staff.
• Inspect facilities, conduct quality and safety audits, and maintain supplies and equipment inventories.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, project management, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to manage direct reports, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and resolving workplace issues.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work onsite in Evendale, Ohio, with some travel required.
