Manager, Technical Services Delivery (R360)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Technical Delivery team responsible for consulting on, implementing, and escalating customer software implementations.
• Manage hiring, staffing forecasts, performance management, training, development, mentoring, and team workload prioritization.
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues and client satisfaction concerns.
• Maintain productive and chargeable team utilization while supporting revenue and delivery efficiency.
• Consult on pre-sales opportunities and act as a liaison with Product and Development.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and project tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT Management, or a related field with 5 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of business experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams or projects in banking, payments receivables, lockbox processing, or software implementation.
• At least 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, deadlines, quality expectations, and pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
